WELCOME
We work hard to create a space that is safe and comfortable for both our guests and our team.
As a queer-owned salon we are a Redken certified Safe Space, that offers gender neutral pricing and are listed as a Strands for Trans salon.
PAYMENTS
All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make a reservation. Payment is required when services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
NEW GUESTS/ CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are required for all new color, dreadlock, and extension guests, and for returning guests that we haven’t seen in 6+ months, prior to scheduling a service reservation. The Consultation Fee is $25 and is a non-refundable separate charge, not included in the services price.
PUNCTUALITY
To ensure all of our guests have a timely & exceptional experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Guests arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee & a rescheduled reservation.


NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION
Please note that we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation. We understand that it is easy to overlook a booking made weeks in advance, which is why we confirm reservations electronically 72 hours prior to the appointment. It is important to inform us of any changes as these services are exclusively reserved for you. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.
However, if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or you have been informed that you may have been exposed to this virus, we will gladly cancel your reservation with no fee.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is that you love your look – period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service.
If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look – and you did not originally receive that service – you will be charged full price for the service.
If you would like to see a different stylist to adjust the cut or color, it will be considered a new, fee-for-service appointment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer full exchanges on all hair care products, within 6 months of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card.
Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in the original box.
We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
COVID POLICIES
Masks are currently optional in the salon. We ask that if you have tested positive that you reschedule your reservation. If you have symptoms of a cold or the flu, we would appreciate you wearing a mask or rescheduling your reservation.
Touch-less hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and at each workstation. We have installed touch-less soap & paper towel dispensers in the bathroom as well.
Our regular filtered ventilation fan brings in fresh air and an exhaust fan moves air out of the salon. We have a Coway AirMega air purifier that filters the salon’s air up to twice per hour with an all-in-one HEPA filter system that combines True HEPA filter technology with an Activated Carbon filter, as well as two OION S-3000 Ionic Air Purifiers with UV-C Sanitizer that remove airborne pollutants and have the UVGI technology that kills germs, viruses, bacteria, & other microorganisms that cause disease.
